Will be our holiday stroll. Stores open late and horse drawn carriages taking people around town all day and evening. My office at 426 Main St. will be open for refreshments. Come join in the celebration of the season and do stop by.

There is a new online product out call “Listingbook.com” which gives both buyers and sellers the opportunity to search their own criteria and best of all, it will send you a morning report with updates every day. It’s an easy software to use and navigate and I’m offering it free to anyone who sends me their email address. It is the latest and greatest new tool to keep you updated in our marketplace even if you are not buying or selling but just want the latest housing information.
