RidgefieldTalks Newsletter - October 2005
There is an interesting project that is coming on-stream soon on Candlewood Lake. I just recently picked up some information on it and if you always wanted a boat and to live by the water, this might be your opportunity. There are new condos that most likely will sell quickly given the water location – very upscale and priced from $560 - $650 with beautiful amenities. If you have any interest, feel free to call me.
The fall, as with the rest of the year, has moved along slower than normal in the housing market. It’s a sign of the times for now. Everything is taking longer to sell because inventory is up and at this time of year there are fewer buyers, so sellers – be patient.
It’s that time of year again and on October 29th we fall behind with our clocks once more. Don’t forget to set them back on that Saturday. I won’t be here this year for the Halloween walk since it conflicts with the National Real Estate Convention, but I do hope that all the young people and their folks enjoy the walk and that the weather cooperates.
A reminder – all the multiple list for all of Fairfield County is listed via my website. Just visit my site’s Welcome Page/Find Homes/Search all local listings and enter criteria.
Ever wonder what a house is selling for? Well you can search under street and everything is right there, or if you are not apt at the computer, just give me a call.
We currently have 212 homes on the market, double the amount since January.
