A dwelling where we find comfort in what is familiar, what we call our own.
Home is a place we habitually come back to… after a day away or years of leave-taking.
When we select our home, we choose a lifestyle…a house on a street in a town that meets our criteria for the way we want to live. The schools, shops, clubs and places of worship are all extensions of our home, all part of the choices we make when we move to a new location.
It is this expanded definition of home that drives my business. I am committed to providing my clients with comprehensive services, delivered in a warm, caring environment. I love real estate.
With the cold January we are having, the market is slow. We are at an all time low in inventory so if you know of anyone who is thinking of moving, I would love to hear from you.
On a good note, we continually attract buyers from Westchester and lower Fairfield County mostly, due to the quality of life and the schools. I personally have people waiting in the wings for homes to become available. Two very high-end homes took offers this month.
At present, we have only
18 homes in the $300 - $500 range
21 homes in the $500-$750 range
12 homes in the $750 - $1,000,000 range
36 homes in the $1,000,000 - $3,750,000 range
This is very frustrating for the buyers and agents as well. Hopefully the sellers are waiting until the weather breaks to list their properties.
